Sammy finds the personalized aspect of his job the most fulfilling. His goal is to build upon Meadowlark’s reputation for dedicated service, competitive pricing and superior craftsmanship to make each client comfortable and secure in his or her investment.

By intentionally building less than 20 custom homes annually, Sammy personally supervises the construction of each home to uphold the highest quality standards Meadowlark homes are known for.

Sammy has established strong relationships with subcontractors who meet his expectations of quality and integrity. His subcontractors take pride in their craftsmanship and know the value of good work and attention to detail. Together, they offer the homeowner superior craftsmanship backed by ongoing dedicated service.

Melinda Kuehn
As part of the Meadowlark team, Melinda’s role as office manager comprehensively covers bookkeeping, job costing, decorating and customer service. Her watchful eye over job costs is vital in keeping Meadowlark homes economical and affordable.

Using her creative talent and keen color sense, Melinda helps homebuyers decorate their homes according to current color and material trends. She also works with Meadowlark buyers to facilitate the completion of their dream homes with a sense of pleasure and confidence.
